At CSL, we want to make it easy for you to manage your account securely. Our Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) feature allows you to reset your password on your own, anytime—without needing to contact IT or the help desk.
MFA is a security measure that requires use of multiple types of information, such as a PIN, security token, or facial recognition, to log into a system or network to verify that the person logging in is really you.
To prepare for MFA you need to have at least two methods of authenticating, allowing our applications to verify your identity when you are attempting access. Below you will find instructions on how to register your devices and a chart to help determine which option is right for you.
To reset your password, you must have at least one device registered for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). CSL uses MFA tool to ensure secure access to all systems, networks, and devices.
If you haven’t registered a device with you won’t be able to use the Self Password Reset service.
I you haven’t registered a device yet please contact the CSL Global Service Desk in your region for assistance.

If you’ve forgotten your username, please ensure you have the following information ready before contacting the CSL Global Service Desk, in your area, as it is required for username recovery:
You will be asked some security questions
Before proceeding, please note the following:
Reset Password: Use this option if you don’t remember your current password.
Change Password: Use this option if you know your current password but want to update it.
Resetting Your Password
Go to the SSO login screen.
Click on "Forgot Password" link.
On the next page, select the option that best fits your account.
Changing Your Password
Go to the SSO login screen.
Click on "Change Password" link.
Follow the prompts to update your password.
Methods to access CSL system and applications CSL:

Using a CSL Username & Password
Enter your CSL username and the password associated for your account.
If this is your first login, you can find your username and initial password in the welcome emails from CSL.
Important: You must change your password after your first login by selecting the "Change Password" link on the SSO page.

Using an External Email Address & Password
Enter your external company email address and password on the external company login page.
If you haven't received the password reset email at your company email address, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
If the email is still not found, there may be a few possible reasons:
Your email address is not associated with a CSL account.
You may have entered an incorrect email address.
You are using your company's own login system instead of the CSL authentication method.
If you continue to experience issues, please contact your IT support or CSL customer support for further assistance.
CSL accounts are categorized based on their access to applications and password reset methods.
It is essential to identify your account type to select the correct password reset method on the SSPR (Self-Service Password Reset) page because selecting the wrong option could prevent you from successfully resetting your password and regaining access to your account.
